An Assistant Instructor is the final step before enrolling in an Open Water Instructor program. Working closely with experienced instructors, you’ll fine-tune your scuba skills, rescue techniques and leadership skills. You’ll gain advanced diving knowledge in management and supervision skills.

Training Prerequisites
To enrol in this course, you must first hold the Divemaster certification (ISO24801-3) through ISC or another ISO-accredited training agency with at least 40hrs of total dive time.
Medical Requirements
You must be medically fit to dive. When you enrol in a course, you will complete the medical screening form, determining if written approval from a doctor is required. All dive professionals require medical clearance to work in the industry (or according to local law).
