About the Course

In this course, you'll learn the ins and outs of scuba diving buoyancy control, the importance of in-water control, and being aware of your surroundings.


You'll learn how to regulate your buoyancy using various equipment techniques. You'll also practice breathing techniques that help you move more efficiently through the water.

Training Prerequisites

To enrol in this course, you must first hold the Open Water Diver certification through ISC or another ISO-accredited training agency. 

Medical Requirements

You must be medically fit to dive. When you enrol in a course, you will complete the medical screening form, determining if written approval from a doctor is required.  All dive professionals require medical clearance to work in the industry (or according to local law).

Training Instruction

This course can only be taught by a skilled active ISC Open Water instructor or higher with the appropriate training and expereince.
